Electronic tablets have become an integral part of many work and home lives. For the most part, they are reasonably priced and come in sizes appropriate for every age group. This post will help you if you are in the market for a Verizon tablet. Sizes range from eight to 12 inches with available memory ranging from 16 to 256 GB. Each tablet features a minimum of a 5 MP rear camera, though some models have up to a 13 MP device.
The reason you may want to consider a tablet connected to a cell plan is so that you have internet access everywhere that you have cellular service. This is especially important for business people or those in sales that are traveling to meet with clients. Internet service makes it possible to connect with pertinent company files or to process transactions if needed.

The Verdict

Image by Karolina Grabowska from Pixabay
Most tablets are very similar in use and operation, so the final deciding factor will be in how you want to use the device. Some games and applications take up considerable memory, so a large internal memory may be warranted. If you need a tablet for data entry or sales purposes, you may want one with a keyboard. On the other hand, if taking pictures is your priority, you’ll want a higher resolution camera option.
We put the HP Elite X2 in the number one spot because of the large memory capacity, the big screen and the included keyboard. While it’s a little more pricey and heavier than some other models, it has the user options to back up the price tag.
For a second option, we really liked the Apple iPad Pro. It has considerably less standard memory but can be increased with external memory. It also doesn’t have a keyboard included, but its camera has more than twice the megapixels as the Elite X2.
Again, the final choice has to revolve around how the tablet will be used and whom will be using it. The best thing about choosing a Verizon tablet is that it can be added to an existing cellular phone plan or be used to start a new plan. The beauty of having a tablet on a phone plan is that you can have internet access anywhere you have phone service. Streaming videos and gameplay never have to stop, depending, of course, on your data plan.
